Terms of Use

Last updated: June 2026

These terms govern access to the IOSYA website and use of the IOSYA workspace. This is a working template — binding terms will be published here before production launch.

Agreement

By accessing this site or creating an account, you agree to these terms and to any product-specific terms presented at signup or in your order.

If you use IOSYA on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

The service

IOSYA provides a workspace where operatives, routines, and connected data sources help teams complete recurring work with memory and auditability.

Features, limits, and pricing are described on the site and in your plan. We may change non-material descriptions; material plan changes follow your agreement.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your workspace. You agree not to:

  • Use the service in violation of law or third-party rights.
  • Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Upload malware or content you do not have rights to process.
  • Misrepresent your identity or resell access outside an approved agreement.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant IOSYA the rights needed to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you.

You are responsible for ensuring that connected sources and workspace data comply with your policies and permissions.

Intellectual property

IOSYA, its branding, software, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or underlying technology except as needed to use the service.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, IOSYA’s liability for claims arising from these terms or use of the site is limited to direct damages and capped at fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
